Sprinklr Social Media Management Is “All The Rage”

Talk about flying under the radar– Sprinklr’s Enterprise Social Media Management (SoMeMa)  solution may still be in stealth mode but I got a chance to get a briefing from its Founder and CEO Ragy Thomas yesterday that quite simply wowed me.

Ragy, by the way, was the CTO of e-mail service provider Bigfoot Interactive when it was acquired by Epsilon in 2005 for $120 million and eventually he became President of Epsilon’s Interactive Group until departing in June of 2008.

Obviously, Ragy knows a little something about email management and he’s brought all his electronic communications experience and expertise to bear when designing Sprinklr –– “a comprehensive enterprise grade SaaS social media management system” for Fortune 1000 B2C companies in the travel, financial, retail and technology industries…

Ragy was on fire when he speed-talked his way through our 45 minute web conference.  It took all my attentive powers to keep up with him, but I was enthralled  with the unique functionality that this solution offered.  Functionality that quite frankly is just what the doctored ordered for the largest and most social media oriented B2C companies in the world.

Sprinklr is definitely not a “me too” type of product. From social media listening, scoring, workflow and engagement, Sprinklr offers a unique approach (some of which looks not surprisingly, like email management type functionality) to social media marketing and management.   It’s all about helping these very large, social media intensive organizations “unlock their collective social capital,” noted Ragy.
