		<description>We have deployed numerous custom CRM&#039;s in our favorite PaaS, QuickBase and WorkXpress.  What is fascinating is that few people even agree on what CRM means.  The range of functions seems to span sales force automation to customer service and even collections.  Because of these different perspectives we find that using QuickBase and WorkXpress allows flexibility for our clients to define their own meaning of CRM and have it work for them.</description>
