As a vendor who supplies a Web Marketing Automation tool that is considered an "add on" to a traditional CRM system, I am constantly warned by Sales Managers - "We don't want to make the sales reps learn ANOTHER system". Looks like the research indicates that they aren't even learning the first system. That is a sad commentary on the state of sales.
